HOW TO MAKE A SEAFOOD BOIL
Step 1: Fill large stockpot halfway with water and bring to a boil. Add lemon halves along with your L’Unico Seasoning 1 pound of seasoning for every 15 pounds of Seafood.
Step 2: Bring your water to a boil. Add corn, small potatoes, smoked sausage cover the stockpot and cook until potatoes are medium soft. Add choice of seafood.
Step 3: Boil until they turn red or cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Step 4: Drain and discard of the broth and lemon halves. Dump and sprinkle some more of the L’Unico seasoning and enjoy.
